How can I put music videos and movies onto my iPod?

How do i put movies/music videos on my ipod that i downloaded with another program?HELP 10POINTS?

  • I have a monthly membership with another program so i don't buy my videos from itunes. so i put all 4 of the music videos on the itunes player. i dont know why but they went under the mot. then i tvies category. so then i tried syncing them to my ipod and it wouldn't work. so then i transferred them to apple/ itunes format or something like tryed syncing again. it still won't go on my ipod. what should I do ? how do i get the videos on there? please help me. and i will give 10 points for the best answer.
