That would be illegal. Itunes sells movies, you either buy it or you're breaking the law.

Letmewatchthis.com When you find the movie you want, click on it and scroll all the way to the bottom. Click on Putlocker. Wait until it says 'free user' or whatever, then click on that. Wait again, and click the square button that has a white triangle on it. Pause movie until fully loaded.

That's illegal and you should never attempt it. Plus iPod's don't support flash.
