How can I fix my iPod Touch if water has entered?

• Okay, before haters go hate. I was being really retarded, however, I really wanted that stain off. I was cleaning my iPod touch with the sink running, and placed it on the water. It was working after, but then overnight, my iPod's battery ran out, and in the morning, the screen was blank. I turned it off then turned it on and it was fixed but when I pressed the sleep button and press the home button again, the screen was dim. Then I went to my classes, with my iPod on, the battery ran out again. Now the screen doesn't appear at all. I can see it, it works fine, Music is hearable, But the screen is extremely dim. The brightness is high, cuz its visible but rarely, but I saw it high all the way. I restored thinking it may help, the apple logo had its light on for 3 seconds but then went dim immediately. Any possible help? Thank you.
