How in the world did my Ipod get so full? It's saying I have photos on there that I don't?

I have a 7.35 gb Ipod nano and it's saying I only have 1.80 gb of free space. I have 857 songs from limewire and it's saying I have 24 photo! I do NOT have any photos. Does album artwork count as photos? Because I have some of those. I don't think this has ever happened before though. how do I fix it?

They are there somewhere; and compared to songs, the photos take next to no space.

Yes album art counts as photos ! Some songs may also have the album art embedded into the ID3 tag of the MP3 file. So that could account for alot of the space taken up. Also, if you have received the songs from limewire they could be riddled with anything. Limewire is rife with viruses, spy ware, adware. All sorts of nasty stuff. Hook your iPod up to iTunes, click on it on the left hand side of the screen. Along the top tabs of iTunes click on 'photo's and see whats in there. Delete as necessary
