How to put songs onto an ipod touch using itunes?

  • i just bought 1 new song for now and i want to put it on my ipod touch. how do i do this? must i sync my ipod every single time i want to add a new song? i used to have an ipod nano and it was really easy but the same technique doesn't work with the touch.? AND i also use limewire sometimes, and the songs from there have been transferred into itunes already so how do i put those songs on my ipod touch? any other tips would be great. THANKS FOR THE HELP!     Well, I download the song and all that on Limewire. I go to iTunes and press ctrl+O and I have it set so the recently added songs are there and I add it to the library. Go to music and search it and it should come up in the list. Right click the song and select 'add to playlist' and if you have a named playlist, add it to that. And when you plug your ipod up to the computer, it should automatically sync it.

Yes, you do have to sync everytime you buy a song, but there is a Wi-Fi capability that will just sync without having to plug it in. With iTunes, all you have to do is plug it in and hit "sync" and it will sync everything in your library to your ipod.
