On my ipod touch, what texting app would be good for me?

I use VolP (a.k.a. iCall in the app store) to call people on my ipod touch. And with that app, I can set up my actual phone number so that when I call somebody it comes up as me. So my question is, is there any app that will allow me to use MY phone number so that when i text a friend or someone from my ipod it would come up as my real number? Thank You
