Why won't iPod sync all songs?

Why wont the songs i downloaded on limewire sync to my ipod?

  • i just downloaded it and transferred the songs and tryed to sync but it just said connect a device what does this mean please help

  • Answer:

The best way is to use itunes. Save all of your music to a folder that you will be able to locate such as: my documents > my music > limewire music * my music and limewire music being subfolders under my documents then open itunes and click: file> add folder to library > find the limewire music folder > click it > click ok. They should now be in your library. your ipod should be visible in "my devices" in itunes click library (where all your music should be) right click one of the songs in the library and choose select all. by clicking and and dragging one of the songs (while all the rest are still highlighted) to your music folder under your ipod in itunes. They should now be synced to your ipod hope this helps *** by the way, your just asking for viruses downloading off of limewire feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have problems

I'm not sure but I would stay away from limewire. Not that it's illegal but it can do some serious damage to your computer. My friends computer completely crashed and wiped out his whole memory because of limewire. If you need free music you could try myspace.

You need iTunes and you also need to connect you iPod to your computer via the cable that was provided with you iPod
