How do i move notes from my old ipod touch to my new one?

i got the 1st generation 16 gb ipod touch last year, but now i just bought the new one (2nd generation, 8gb)..my mom says i can only keep one. i want the second generation ipod touch. im fine with moving my songs and everything, but i dont know how to move my notes....i have 84 notes, and i rlly dont want to lose them all....do es anyone know how to move notes from one ipod to another? thanks =)
