I am having some iTunes problems Help.

Ipod Classic problems with Itunes? Please help desperately.?

  • My ipod had a few problems last week and I restart it because a video wasn't showing, so I restart it and it goes off completely. So I press the buttons and turn the wheel and it comes up saying to plug up to itunes to restore. So I plug it up and press the restore button and an error came up so I tried again but this time I left it on there for about 30 minutes because I had to go to the store. So I come back and it's on but the problem now is that it has none of my music or videos that are on my itunes. So I plug it in the next two days and whenever I plug it in it says "connected" on my ipod but no syncing and it always have to crash down and get a virus or something. I tried several times and still the same results and I am getting very pissed off that my ipod doesn't have any songs on it but my itunes does and it's just not synicing in. What should I do? Should I start all over with my itunes because I will and it's pretty easy for me. I have no problem.

  • Answer:

if your ipod freezes hold down on the center button and the play button at the same time and it will fix itself. The reason your ipod isn't syncing is because it got set to manual. so under "summery" when your ipod is connected un-select "manually mange music and videos" and press "sync".
