How do I get a song off of my iPod shuffle?

On an iPod shuffle, do you have to go through every song to get the song you want??

    well i used to have an ipod shuffle and, yeah, thats what i did.eventually i just learned the order of the songs so i knew where the song i wanted was.if thats too hard, i recomend getting a new kind of ipod, with a screen.

with the new shuffles there is Voice over built into the headphones it allowes you to tell the shuffel to find the song that you want to lisiten to www.apple.ca www.apple.com look around

You will have to go through every song to get to the one you want. You will just have to click next when the song comes up until you get to the one you want.

You have to go through them all. If you want to be able to pick a song, I suggest getting the nano.

You need to flick though them yea. ...Or put it on shuffle mode and hope you get lucky!

It shuffles through all of your songs in random order. You don't really get to pick. Get a different model iPod if you do.
