    Hook up the iPod to it's USB and to your computer and hit "restore" and it should restore everything to it's factory settings of when you first bought/received it.

Restarting your device Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Make sure you saved EVERYTHING on your Itunes, then hook up your ipod to your computer and hit restore in Itunes.

Plug your Ipod into your computer and go to itunes. From there click, go under devices and click on your ipod. Then click restore, it will reset everything and you will be able to get back into your ipod. :)
