How do you get your iTunes library to transfer to another library?

How do I get the songs on my ipod onto my new library vice versa?

• I NEED HELP. So I had my itunes on my brothers computer with all my songs and everything, and then i wanted to move it to my computer. so i downloaded itunes on my computer, and plugged in my ipod, and selected "transfer purchases" which is supposed to get everything on my ipod into this new library. ITS NOT WORKING. Then I also bought one song and a move that i really need to get onto my ipod for my trip tommorow, and it says that if i sync those onto my ipod, it will erase everything thats already on my ipod. PLEASE HELP ME! like how can i get this movie back onto my old itunes on my brothers account, or how do i get all the songs and stuff on my ipod now onto this new account. like...merge the accoutns you know? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
