Jailbreaking an Ipod Touch?

I'd like to get the stories straight once and for all... haha- so I have a few questions :) First, though, a bit of background- I have an ipod touch that I bought in december- I've upgraded it through itunes a few times, and now have version 1.1.4 installed. There are about 1,000 songs on my ipod and various videos/photos. Quesitons- 1. Does Ziphone actually work well? Will it work even if my ipod is NOT new? (It's been upgraded a few times) 2. If the jailbreaking goes wrong does holding in the physical buttons reset my ipod? Is there a possibility of my ipod NEVER working again? 3. If I reset my ipod after I jailbreak it will apple know it? (In other words can I fake them out my resetting my ipod and then being able to use my warranty?) 4. My wifi is currently down- is it even possible to jailbreak it without my wifi? Thanks so much for any answers!!!

wow, i dont know everything about jailbreaking but everything i learned is on youtube. so go to youtube and search ipod jailbreaking or something like that. that will help u more than i can. :DDDDDD
