Connect ipod to car stereo?

    It depends how old your car is. If it has a cassette player, you can get this thing that you pop a cassette in and connect the cord into your headphone jack. There are also docks out can stick you iPod into and then stick the dock in the lighter plug on your dashboard. Another thing is these things that connect to the bottom of your iPod (where your would normally plug it in to connect it to your computer) and it picks an unused radio station, then you set your radio to that radio station and you can listen to your iPod through that.

It needs to have an mp3 jack in the stereo to connect to. Most of the newer cars have it. You won't have great luck with the receiver type that works off of a station.

you could get an ipod adapter from like any store its like a cassett tape and you could put that into the cassestt thing and there would be a cord to hook it up to your ipod

You can buy an FM transmitter for it. Some come with a cable to plug into the cigarette lighter. Others, just plug into the ipod and run off it's battery.

u can get one that hooks up to the thing that lights ur smokes and there is a aux input and there is a cable to buy that goes in there too u can buy one anywhere like walmart

If your car stereo have USB port & support iPod, you can connect your iPod Touch 2G to your car with any iPod USB cable!

If you have an aftermaket stereo then u can use a line in cable to connect the player. All it is is a double sided headphone jack. If it doesnt you can use either a tape adapter or an FM transmitter.
