What is the best cable for my MacBook to connect with my TV?

What cord or cable do I need to connect my Macbook Pro to my TV?

I have a Vizio 32" with the input including HDMI. (I thought HDMI is a good input for connecting laptop from what I heard, but I really don't know for sure.) I want to use my Macbook Pro and connect it to my tv and fit to the tv screen. I don't know what cord or cable do I need to buy to be able to simply connect it together. Is there a specific cord/cable size for the Macbook and my tv? My Macbook Pro is 13" in case if there is any specific size for the cable or cord. Appreciate with whatever helpful answers or tips you'll give me! ^^

i think your macbook has dvi port......... use dvi to hdmi cable.
