Why can't I tune to digital channels?

TV won't tune ota digital channels?

32AV502U (about 3 years old now) Toshiba HDTV with built in ATSC/QAM tuner. Refuses to search for channels in digital mode even after I set it up to- searches only for analog channels. Channel Master antenna on the roof connected to television. Called Toshiba twice and spoke to two different guys, first one says it must be an "HD Antenna" which is BS. Second guy says that OTA channels are analog only and that's why it won't search in digital. At my wits end. Help!
Answer:

Did you do what they said, try what the second guy said. Do you have a HD antenna, if you do test to check if it work with you TV. Or maybe it time you start looking for a new television. Or you could just buy cable or foxtell and your problems will be solved :)
