How to unlock an RCA TV?

Does anyone know how to unlock an RCA TV?

I have an older model RCA TV that's locked. The only function that it shows is a red light that says standby. I have tried to unplug it and pug it up. Ive also tried to power it on and off using the power button. Also none of the buttons work when pressed such as volume,menu,power,ETC. If anyone has a Solution it would be very helpful. *I have no remote.

Unfortunately you haven't posted the model number of your set so it's difficult,probably the best thing you can do is contact RCA and either ask their support team to help you or they could provide you with a link where you can download the user manual for your set. http://www.rca.com/
