Nikon coolpix l110 or slr?
-
i'm 15 and want to get into photography. my current camera isn't of great quality so i've saved enough money to get a new camera. my parents said they could pay the difference if the camera i choose is more than i have. i found the Nikon Coolpix L110. i looked at it at the store, and it felt nice. my only problem is, should i get that camera, or spend extra money on a nice slr? if i get an slr, i would get the Nikon D3000. does anybody have the Nikon Coolpix110? Does it look good? Should I just get the slr? (Even though I don't really want to spend the extra money.) I kinda want the nikon coolpix but would it last as long as a slr? helpp :)

Answer:
Spend the extra on the SLR... It will give you much more room to grow in photography and has many more controls.
