Why won't my camera import the pictures to my computer?

Ok so heres the Problem My camera (Kodax Easyshare M753) Wont import pictures onto my computer.?

  • When i connect it to my computer it says its installing then it says device driver was not succesfully installed and it used to work fine on my computer and i dont kno what happened now!!!! i installed the disc it came with my camera but stiil my camera wont recognize my computer...im frustrated what should i do

  • Answer:

    uninstall all Kodak software related to camera. Plug USB into pc and let PC autodetect camera. Most XP and better systems use built in drivers to communicate with cameras and other devices. If it asks for CD, then put it in. I use Picassa from Google, works every time if the camera is detected.
