Questions about a Olympus 10.0 Megapixel Digital Camera.?

I have two questions about the Olympus 10.0 Megapixel Digital Camera. 1. I heard it's waterproof but I dont see in the description that it is. But the reviews are saying it is. Is it or not? 2. I know lots of cameras have video mode but if this camera is waterproof, A waterproof camera this cheap i'd think that there wouldnt be good qualities. It doesn't say that it is waterproof in the ad. Therefore it is not. Don't put it in water. Olympus does make waterproof cameras but I don't think this is one of them. Sorry.

OK, instead of a huge link you could have posted the type number. This is an x560wp. On the olympus website: http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/product.asp?product=1478 where it says. Waterproof Equivalent to IEC60529 IPX8/JISC0920 (10ft/3m) Now, is it so strange to check a manufacturer's website for information?
