What's a really good quality video camera?

Can anyone suggest a camera that gets a really good quality picture.?

I want something with 7x zoom or better. Whats the difference in optical zoom and digital zoom? Also Im looking at a price range of 100.00-200.00. I was looking at the Olympus 1010, but someone said the quality of pix wasn't very good. Help please I want to try and get one today....LOL...dreaming right I don't know anything about digital cameras so bear with me :) ....do they have the capability to video tape like a cellphone camera?

Forget digital zoom. Optical zoom is what counts. I suggest the Fuji S1500. 12X optical zoom, 10 megapixels, bottom line it has very good image quality. It's very good on batteries, even has viewfinder. An important feature is aperture/shutter priority or just leave on auto. On line at Buydig is $159+ shipping.
