Return and exchange policy for walmart?

  • i bought a digital camera from walmart on 10/09/10 and i wanted to return it the only thing is that theres a 30 day return policy and its expired already, by about 2 weeks. do you think its still possible to return it?????

    It really depends on two things. 1) who you get when you return it. 2) how well you package the item to be returned. And your receipt is a must! Be prepared to take a store credit if they don't want to give you cash.

Call your walmart and ask. Also the return policy is on the back of the receipt. I returned a video camera on the last day of my receipt and they said I would not have been able to return if I'd waited another day. They also required a receipt.

Well if you don't have the receipt, then it would be tough. I'm guessing you can, just don't bring up it's been 30 days.
