Virtual HS problems please help?

I just bought the canon sx230 hs and its having problems! please help me!!!!!?

  • OMG im so frustrated someone please help! i bought the nikon and it had a focus problem and i brought it back and now i just got this canon and i put the memory card in and it says memory card error...so i put in another and it waork but then when i reveiw and try to delete it says busy...and says busy alot! im leaving on vaycation in the morning! im so upset i dont know what to do please help =( i want to throw it against the wall... bad luck with two cameras in 3 days!!!

The problem doesn't sound the camera but you. You need to read your owner's manual and find about formatting the card in the camera... that's a must before shooting anything. Also check the speed of the card. If it's too slow you're going to get busy, a lot. Buy at least a class 6 card to replace this one and format it before shooting anything.

you need a new card you need to format the card in the camera before using THE MANUAL TELLS YOU TO DO THIS I have 5 canons and have never had a problem I have never seen the format option greyed out the 1st 2 cards are ruined get a new one and format it then read the manual
