Which camera would be better?

Which Camera is better??? HELPPP?

• For the Black Friday Sale, I want to buy a Camera. I'm deciding between the Canon Powershot A3300 IS or the Nikon Coolpic S6100. What I want in a camera: 1. I mostly want a really good camera tthat takes high quality pictures. 2. camera with at least 16 Megapixels. 3. I like touch screen camera since they are more easy to menuvar 4. I like cameras with effects in them such as black and white, fish eye, vintage, etc. 5. I want the camera to have a lot of scene modes. 6. I want the camera to have good quality pictures even when zooming in really closely. 7. I want it to be shake-resistent 8. I would like the face detection. 9. I would like the camera to adjust itself automaticaly depending on the lighting of the room. 10. Good quality at recording audio and video. Nikon: I like the nikon because it has a touchscreen which I love. It has a lot of scene modes and has motion detecting and shake resisting modes. Canon: I like that it has a lot of special effects built in. I also liek the face detection settings and the shake resistent settings. Everyone says the Canon POwershot is the best camera to get which I don't know why. Which one? I mostly want a camera with amazing quality photos, around 200 dollars, at least 16 mg, have a lot of special effects and scene modes, and to have good video and audio recording. Which one is better??

  Nikon COOLPIX S6100 16 MP Digital Camera is a great little camera with alot of fun features. I had a hard time deciding between the s8100 and the s6100 because the s8100 takes faster pictures, 1080 video, a better sensor, and bigger zoom.The features listed below are the reasons I chose the s6100.
