Which camera is the best of these?

Which is the best camera, Panasonic Lumix GF2 or Panasonic Lumix FZ45?

I've been looking through a large amount of cameras for the past few months; I am attempting to upgrade my camera to a DSLR which would be more functional for both wildlife and nature photography. I've looked through the specifications of both camera's and due to my little knowledge I've been unable to choose between the two. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which camera would be best suited to what I want to use it for. If anyone has any other camera suggestions in the price range of a maximum of £300 I would love to hear them. I apologize if this doesn't make much sense. I apologize for wasting anyone's time.
