Canon Vixia HF200 and lens?

Whats Wrong with my Camera?????HELP!! Canon Vixia HF200!!?

• I have a Canon Vixia HF200 and the battery never seems to charge. i got this cam off ebay. the seller said there wasnt anything wrong with it. anyway, i have tried charging it directly to the wall using a wall charger that you put the battery on and i tried using the normal cord you plug into the camera. none of this worked. when i turn the camera on, it says to replace the battery. i also went out and bought a sixty dollar new battery for it. this didnt work either. it still doesnt charge. the charge light comes on when i use the charger that plugs into the camera but nothing happens. id really like to use the camera:) thanksfor reading this question.

  You got this from eBay? Uh-oh. Did you check the seller's feedback rating? Does he accept returns? You would still spend for the shipping back. That would be perfectly normal. You tried to recharge the battery using a wall socket charger. Didn't work. You tried charging using the USB cable (through the computer I guess). Didn't work. You tried a new battery. Didn't work. Forget charging through the USB cable. That won't work. Try charging the new battery using the wall charger overnight. Try again in the morning. If it doesn't work, the camera is dead.
