How can you find Animal Crossing cf friends fast?

How can I explain to a married male coworker that I want to be friends?

  • A married coworker and I are beginning to be friends, but I don't want any rumors to start in the office with people thinking we're more than friends if we hang out a bit at work. I find it easy to VERY innocently flirt with him, but then I quickly take a step back from that, as I don't feel it is appropriate. He does the same. I get along so well with this guy so I find it easy to tease him like I do with a lot of my female friends. I don't want this to come across as overly flirty. I can tell he feels the same, so this stops us from developing a friendship. He very innocently flirts with me, then pulls back. I have turned him down twice for lunch, as I think it is inappropriate to go to lunch with him. How can I become better friends with him without us crossing the line? Should I talk to him or email him about it?

  • Answer:

That's a tough one. There are a few married ladies at work that go to lunch and have breaks with male co-workers who are also married, but friendship is truly all that is between them. Rumours have circulated for years about them but it really isn't like that. If you have a boyfriend have you thought about going out to dinner or something with his wife to get to know her as well? Maybe you would all be compatible friends. But if you think that this could get to crossing the line between you both then that may not be a good idea. By the way, I wouldn't put anything in an e-mail.

You will cross the line. Actually you are crossing the line. This has happened to me before, only he was my boss. Now we had it out, and I quit. Don't get wrapped up with a guy like this, stick to your morals and intuition. If you are flirting and he doesn't mind, and wants to push forward, then he is just a big *** hole who will turn on you. He is turning on his wife after all. What an *** hole!

have you heard the kenny loggins song, Danger Zone? even if his wife thinks you are messing with him.... take a step back and think in a quiet place for a few minutes, I'm sure the answer will come to you eventually

Maybe talk alot more about his wife and the pros of why he married her and how she makes him happy. Don't pull on the negative cause it'll draw more into you as a way out of his crappy relationship. If you have somebody also, you can bring him along and have them meet. Or you can also start talking to other guys to see if you'll click with them and when it does happen, he'll notice that and realize that it won't be anything more than a friendship. But you also have to with hold yourself from your own feminine instinct.

talk to him in person. if he's feeling the same way, it'll be easy for you two to make a compromise about this friendship.

No, you can be friends at work. But stop the flirting, and don't go out with him, even to lunch. That starts people talking.

You can't be just friends with someone who wants more out of the relationship. You need to avoid him because he is MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it will only give you HEARTACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jessie, the best way to get something across, is to just come out and say it. Don't waste your time by beating around the bush. Take him up on the lunch offer, and tell him.
