How do I get a guy to notice me?

(Preferably high school Guys please, but also girls.) How to get a guy to notice you?

• I really like this is who's in two of my classes. (we're both sophomores btw). So I really like this guy, but I don't know how to get him to notice me. A lot of girls I think like him, because he's this really good-looking straight A's, football (on varsity and also a "sub"-quarterback for it, and only a sophmore) and basketball player, but I don't like him just because of the looks or because he's athletic, though it's a plus. :). He's not shy, but doesn't talk much and doesn't seem to like or even realise all the attention some girls may give him. On a popularity level, he's like a 9-10, and I'm like a 5 since I'm in band and super shy. I don't sit near him in either of those classes, but I am in a seat where I'm looking right at him, in both of my classes. I just don't know how to make him notice me? 1)Main question: How do I get him to notice me? if you want to: 2)what you look for in girl? 3)What do you like her to wear? 4)what's the first thing you notice about the girl (honest)? 5)does how popular the girl is really matter? 6) for those football players out there, would you want to go out with a band person?
