How do I win my girlfriend back? PLEASE HELP QUICK!?

• I was with my girlfriend for 11 months, and we broke up on Sunday evening. The previous monday & tuesday to the breakup, we were a little rough, she had JUST come back from a skiing holiday, was tired, grumpy, it was her time of the month & she needed some alone time. Me having been alone for the 8 day skiing trip at home with my girlfriend and ALL my friends there, I was feeling lonely and was craving attention off my girlfriend, so naturally.. we clashed. She spoke to me about it, said she wasn't feeling as much for me and needed some space, that the relationship was all a little intense at that moment (True). I really damaged her feelings for me, I was in the wrong, and suffocated her. I did however give her space and by Friday, we were getting there. I went over her house Friday before a party, we kissed and everything was PERFECT, she said her feelings were rapidly growing again and the rough patch was blowing over. She text me in the party saying 'I love you so much & can't wait to see you monday' The party went well, I text her goodnight and it wasn't until Sunday evening that I spoke to her next, given that I slept all day Saturday and she worked Sunday morning. On this Sunday she said being away and without contact from me all of friday evening and saturday made her realise how much she would lose if she lost me, and she was sure of her feelings again & wanted a fresh start. So I rang her and she was a little off, she said she was tired but me being insecure I questioned if it was her feelings and she said 'I think I made a mistake, I need to be single' and we broke up. Now Sunday night, she spoke to her best friend saying 'I'm such an idiot, I think I've made a mistake, I love him so much'. Monday in school, she was treating me just like she always did, and people picked up on it. She was expecting a friendship to be as intimate as the relationship, she still wanted chats, to exchange problems and loads of other relationship factors within a friendship. I said ''it seems to me like you're not ready to let me go, PLEASE don't mistake wanting a break with wanting to leave me for good'' and also told her I was going to leave her to it, not text, talk or communicate with her so that she could taste being single and decide whether or not she really wanted to leave me go. So I said ''Unless you have a change of heart, don't communicate with me, it's for the best for now'' Tuesday we didn't talk ALL day. This obviously affected her because this morning, she text me saying, she really missed me, loved me and wanted to be like we were, she just DIDN'T want a relationship, could I be her friends? We went for a walk, ended up hugging, kissing passionately and being like we always were so I KNOW she still loves me and doesn't want me out of her life...? She can't let me go, I know she still wants me as tht LOVE figure in her life. So I rang her this afternoon, because things were complicated and proposed a fresh start in the relationship. Things hadn't changed with her though, she said ''Being in an 11 month relationship has scared me, I don't want to be tied down or feel trapped at this age, I want to love my life and be free, I do love you and miss you.. but right now I need to be single'' I then proposed a very relaxed relationship, where she can take time off for herself without being afraid of hurting my feelings, that we could both have breaks whenever we wanted, no hard feelings, but she declined. ( Basically her feelings for me scare her, and so does this long relationship we've had, she LOVES me to death as she says, yet she's afraid of being trapped and tied down at this age) How should I go about trying to get her back? I will NOT force her into anything, I have far to much respect for her than to do that, I just want her to feel comfortable and be happy in the relationship. The problem is with the relationship, not with feelings. She's now offered we go to the cinema tomorrow as friends... I want to win her back.. WHAT DO I DO/SAY!?!? .. I wan't to put her at ease, and make her WANT to come back to me PLEASE HELP :( thankyou
