Dating an Asian and I'm black?

Need to find out what this means with what the guy im dating said to me?

Well i just started dating someone and the manager at my apartments asked me today if i can go out on a date with his son and i told him no that im already dating someone and then he told me that the guys just using you and then i told him if he was he wouldnt be texting n calling me and coming over on sat and then he walked away and turned around and told me just wait n see. well i told the guy that im dating and this is what i dont get with what he said, the guy im dating said dont blame him he doesnt know me so its not like hes being irrational. What does he mean by that
