How do I know if a girl likes me?

How do i let this girl know i like her/know if she likes me?

  • So i met this girl two years ago and was crushing on her instantly but i let it go by because she starting dating someone, who at that time, wasn't really a close friend of mine and her and i were not friends either. So a year later we end up having a locker right next(junior year of HS) to each other and the more i was around her the more i started to liker her. So i have silently admired her for a while now and i want to tell her i like her but i am hesitant for two reasons. One reason is the last guy she dated wasn't like me at all. However the more important fact is that i do not know if she likes me back. I'm stuck and i don't know what to do. TL;DR I like this girl who i am friends with and i need to do two things find out if she likes me and show her that i like her Other Deets: I have a habit of writing poems as an expression of emotion..no homo. I Have texted her a bit for the last few weeks, don't really know where thats going. People have told me that i am an attractive male but i still feel like she is out of my league which is another source of my hesitance. Advice referring to one or all of the parts of this would be helpful PLEASE AND THANKYOUS.

I think that you guys should hang out more (like farther from a school setting). If you are uncomfortable on asking her out just by herself, then you guys should all go out as a group, maybe kareoke or dinner (just not the movies). You need a place that you guys can talk. And then slowly, slowly, maybe after a few more group dates (or whenever you feel comfortable), you can ask her out on a real date (maybe even tell her that you like her). This way, 1) you are not putting her on the spot immediately by telling her that you like her and her not feeling the same way, and 2) you guys can become really good friends first before even going to the gf/ bf stage, and that's a good foundation for a long lasting relationship. You sound sweet :) so what you should do Is be your self . Girls like guys who have manners and respect them , be nice and say hi or talk to her. You might think your a creep for doing so but trust me us girls like that :) keep trying tO talk to her then maybe she will get that you like her and if she likes you back then shell make an effort to try and talk to you too.
