Are there non-Chexsystems banks in Washington State?

Can someone tell me what is the actual State of the Economy and what is Washington actually doing about it?

• That is, what is happening to America? You can't believe the media since they are biased, like Fox for most Republicans, and ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN for the Democrats. And you definitely can't believe what the White house says, since the President is campaigning for the Democratic party, when he should be doing his job for all parties, but in the Oval Office! So, you and I, the taxpayer, pay his salary+$$$ (around $530k/yr package, or $2,120.00/working day) during this mid-term election campaign to help his pals keep control of power, and our destiny! This isn't the American Democracy I grew up in, is it? Meanwhile as they all squabble for control of both house, and senate (or relaly the money that runs the country) the ordinary American is out of a job? And, the treasury is planning to play Monopoly again by printing more Greenbacks. Are they for real? Continuing on this path will only lead to the value of the dollar falling further. Home values won't stabilize and turn around since nobody knows what anything is worth, since there is no real market anymore! Also, since banks aren't lending, and only foreclosing and taking on more unsustainable debt or REO's that they dont want, banks will ask for another bail-out that will amount to nothing for the people since washington doesn't regulate how the money and when the money was to be spent. Private industry/business's can't expand and hire more employees, or buy equipment; so the economy wont be stimulated, and subsequently won't create any jobs. The people that have jobs won't spend from fear, not to mention those that don't any work. Finally, if you wanted to work in a public setting/ agency, you can't because there are few available jobs, since they take care of their own and hire from within like everybody does in Washington! So, where do you go to work if all the major markets are either: (a) not producing, (b) falling with no end in site, or (c) don't exist at all? To another country, I guess? Does Washington really want higher educated, creative-income producing Americans to leave, since there is no more REAL opportunity here? That's why Russian Doctors and Engineers came here in the late 80's & early 90's! Warehouse workers made more money than a Doctor with 12 years of formal training in Russia in 90's. Do you blame them ofr lwaving? And what of the ordinary working class and middle class citizens, they have no shot in this economy, not much exists for them, besides maybe cutting someones grass under the radar? If they leave, who will do the work the big shots don't and won't ever do? I suppose the gates will open to more unsavory immigrants that will take advantage of the crippling American system we have that is only getting worse. Isn't "America, the land of the Free" starting to sound more and more like a 3rd world country? Someone please save us, HELPPP!
