Where can I obtain prison records?

How does the military obtain medical records?

  • How would the military obtain my medical records? I've been told that there is no way they would know if you have seen a DR. in a private practice because those records only exist within the doctors office, unlike state hospitals.

  • Answer:

Without a warrant ....nobody can see your medical records....patient confidentiality....to get a warrant you need "probable cause"... something that indicates a crime has been committed and the information in those records are pertinent to that investigation..... A lot of work The military has another way to find out......personal interviews..... they will visit all your friends.....family.....and enemies.....ask questions..... if you are hiding something.....sooner or later it will come out..... that is why the best policy is to be as honest as possible.... do not volunteer information....but do not lie either

What is a DR? Drug rehab? When you sign up for the military they give you a packet of papers to sign. One is a medical release form that goes to you're most recent doctor. If you don't sign it, or they don't receive it back, you're probably not going to be allowed to join.
