Why Do Republicans Refuse To End Tax Breaks For Big Oil Companies?
-
Obama pushed to end tax breaks for oil companies. Republicans said no way Mr. Democrat; oil companies need tax breaks. Oil companies are charging the consumer as much as the consumer can bear regardless of any tax break that oil companies receive from the IRS. The only thing holding down oil prices is the competition by electricity and natural gas. Tax breaks for oil companies do nothing for you the consumer. America is the third largest oil producer in the world at this time. Much of it is sold and exported to nations overseas. Our large oil production does not keep costs down for us (as you have all noticed at the pump and when heating your home). Instead it is simply sold to the highest bidder anywhere in the world. So why do republicans insist on giving oil companies tax breaks when the average American has NO benefit from it?

Answer:
They in the pockets of oil co, is why. Drill baby drill we need exports. The federal Govt gives sweethearts deals to drill on Govt lands. instead of insisting the oil stays here to lower prices.

American gas usage is said to be down by 15%,Oil companies have shut down refineries because their are not in the storage business.Oil companies raise the price of gasoline to make up for money lost because consumption is down .RepubliCONNS used to blame high fuel prices on opec but now because it sounds better to their supporters, they blame high gas prices on President Obama !Oil being traded on wall street or the oil companies making adjustments to raise gas prices are never mentioned.RepubliCONNS helped to bring oil to wall street traders and they support billionaire interest in every way ,even at the expense of every american ! That includes their own supporters !
Lobbies and special interest group that keep lining pockets. Honestly, look up Water HHO. It basically harness H2 from water and use it to help combusion in a 4-cycle engine using far less gas. Batteries and generator's are needed, just to be able to massively produce it. I would end the oil industry as a whole...Then they would need the tax breaks.
Big oil pays them big in campaign donations.
