Getting Into Model United Nations?

I'm in the Model United Nations program, I need help concerning Antigua and Barbuda's position!!!?

So I'm in a program called the Model United Nations, which is an acting of the actual UN sessions. I've looked everywhere but I can't seem to find the info I need! OK, so I was assigned to be delegate for Antigua and Barbuda. And my school sent me to GA-Plenary, whose two topics this year are: A - Return of Cultural Artifacts to their Countries of Origin B - Cooperation between the UN and Regional Organizations What I need is the point of view of the government of Antigua and Barbuda - *my* point of view - on both these topics. I would invent something, but I can't because the people in charge are doing a lot of research on their own, and that they're gonna grade me accordingly. So I need help! If you know someone from Antigua and Barbuda, whom I could interview online (MSN, Facebook, anywhere virtually), please email me their coordinates. If you can help by providing any information regarding my question, please do.
