Unions want your money while you do all the work and big business want more work for less money. I think the new term is "Lean ". As long as the american workers refuse to pay the union dues they are gonna have to break their backs and it is getting worse every day. Even the products we purchase have deteriorated in the past four years. WE need the Unions back to help the working class or maybe even a revolution
