Check this out http://secure.newegg.com/Shopping/ShoppingCart.aspx?Submit=view If you can get like 50 extra bucks, this will not be bad at all. Don't do overclocking though since you will have to use stock CPU fan. I didn't include a DVD drive since you can easily find one for 10 bucks at Good Will. I have the same Graphics card and it's pretty good, It can also be overclocked pretty easily, CPU is pretty good as well.

Here you go: Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120 - $128 GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $55 G.SKILL Value 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBNT - $20 HITACHI HDS721050CLA362 (0F10381) 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $85 ASUS EAH6670/DIS/1GD5 Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - $93 ($73 after rebate) Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - $45 ($35 after rebate) OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandybridge Core i3 i5 i7 and AMD Phenom - $75 ($55 after rebate) LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model iHAS124-04 - OEM - $18 inland Home/Office Series 88033 7.2 Watts 2.0 Speaker -$10 inland 70126 Black 107 Normal Keys USB Wired Standard Keyboard / Mouse Combo - $15 Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM - $100 TOTAL : $644 ($594 after rebate). With this build you could still play games on mid settings. To get better performance in gaming, just settle on playing at a lower resolution like 1280x768 (high settings in most games). I have given you a 600w PSU which is indeed more than enough for the HD6670 BUT would give you ample power to enable you to have an upgrade in the future if you decided to do so. The 600w OCZ can even support up to a GTX 560 ti / HD 6870. And they said that it is impossible to have a decent gaming PC for $600, it seems that they are wrong =D NOTE : newegg parts and prices.

Sorry to tell you, your out of luck. You literally cannot get a gaming grade PC with 600$ unless you acquire the part illegally. Good graphics cards will run you 200-400 dollars on their own. and processors will cost the same if not more. As Sun said, you can 'start' building one, but you wont get an operational one for that price. if you can bring your budget to $1,000, you may be able to squeeze out a good one.

If you go with a sandy bridge i5, a cheap motherboard like asus, 8 gigs of ram, and get an Nvidia 560. it could be possible.
