What are the best kinds of skateboards?

What are some good skateboards(brands) ?

• Never really owned skateboard, but deciding to get one been riding a mates for last couple of years, not sure what some good skateboards are, like everyones telling me go with Element or Plan B, but I wouldn't have a clue, but I know that Element have a good rep for skateboards, I just need some suggestions of some good brands of skateboards specifically ... Prices ranging from $50 to 120$ (AUD)

  From what you've sais you're right and mainly finding a good skateboard is about personal preference, however i do believe that plan b boards are very good quality but also almost boards are very very good quality especially boards such as the almost UBER boards, as they have a carbon core which makes them both light but very strong. In terms of the element boards the element helium boards were also very good boards as they have helium within them and so are very light boards too.
