Can i use music off youtube for my gymnastics floor routine?

It would be free off youtube if i use a free website like keepvid.com, and is legal, so why should i pay for the music. I am a level 8 looking at either Jai Ho or Rise and are on youtube. Can I use them if i have a file and they have no lyrics and are the right time? Will i be deducted can you use any music for a floor routine? ya you can use it off youtube and i don't think the judges will notice any difference if its good quality
