Paintball gun won't shoot! Any suggestions? (Gun is a Spyder Imagine)?

I just got this paintball gun and I'm new to paintballing so I can't figure out why it won't shoot. It is a Spyder Imagine. It is fully charged (electric gun) and the safety is off. I pull back the bolt and when I shoot the ball just doesnt come out. It doesnt get stuck or bust inside or anything it just stops. I'm thinking that it might have to do with the ball size? Possible too big? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Well mine wouldnt shoot but it was in the middle of the game. I was bent down and didnt realize my barrel was in the dirt and it got clogged. The ref had to stop the game and i looked like a ****** idiot.
