Awkward but it helps: Sit on the ground. Have one girl in front of you pulling your hands and stabilizing you and have the other girl pulling your straddle up so your legs are next to your head (once you get good at it haha). Also sit in a straddle, and then lift up each leg by yourself and hold it, that will build strength (:
