What Longboard / wheels, skateboard should i get?

Im looking for a long board with flexibility, wheels that will slide really well, im not going to be going fast really at all but im looking for a board that i can power slide and stuff on, under 40in and wheels that will slide. any suggestions. and dont give me a board thats like 260$ because i just want to spend like 200- 210$ Thanks.
