How To Cancel Subscription To Premier?

Subscription wont seem to cancel?

• Hello, i bought a trial subscription for a website and it automatically upgraded me to a full subscription once the trial period was over, my fault i know - i take resonsibillity for that. however, everytime i try to cancel my subscription it seems to fail, meaning i cannot cancel. i have been online to chatrooms asking for help and just keep getting redirected to all different websites and being told to put in emails ( which i have done, twice ). once again, i dont think this has worked because its been about a week and the confirmation email to cancel has not been sent out ( it said it would take upto 48 hours ) so im justing wondering what my options are, would i be able to phone my bank and stop money being taken out? would i be able to just cancel my card and make a new one? its a debit card so credit history isnt exactly a problem. if i cancel my card would that be illegal? could the website sue? or would they just terminate my subscription?

  I went through this same thing. My bank actually read me the fine print in the terms of the contract I agreed to. Basically I was doomed to pay $59 a month. No way out. I finally had to close out my accounts and start over with a different bank. Always read the fine print and be on-time with cancellations. Better yet, don't buy on line unless its absolutely necessary. Do your home work first by Googeing the service or website and looking for complaints. The website could sue you, but chances are they don't want to go through the hassle. Just send them a registered letter they have to sign for, and let them know you do not want their service, and your closing the account associated with their thievery.
