What is awesome quality henna?

Where can I buy the cheapest / best quality henna supplies?

  • I'm looking to buy the ingredients for henna tattoo mix. I had bought a premade kit on eBay before, but I have a feeling I was ripped off as it was 15$ for a very small amount. As well as the price, the quality was watery, weak, and ineffective. I doubt it is supposed to be this way, and assume it was a product for inexperienced people that dont know what henna should be like. Where do people actually part of the mehendi tradition get their supplies? I'm looking for thrift and quality

    probably asian/desi markets/bridal stores/parlor. My family would get them from markets and the are very good, but you have to have a look around and try out different kits

You can buy it in Asian grocery shops and also health shops .Health shops sell it as hair dye but its the same powder mix you use on hand etc..
