Is this racism/discrimination talk at work?

What are some good topics to talk about with a girl i like during work OTHER than discussing work?

• So tomorrow is her last day at work, and for some reason, i was put into her room for work on her last day. So tomorrow is my first day in her room, and tomorrow is her last day. I knew her for a while, but this is the first time im going to spend a whole day along side her. Im 17, and she is 16. I plan on asking her out tomorrow after work. What are some topics I can talk to her about that will keep her interested, but will not make me look nosey? Also, how can i talk to her so i know im not annoying her with to much talking or too many questions?

  Ask her the basics first. How she's doing and hows it going and etc. Then start to ask her if she's interested in anyone or more like "Do you like anyone so far?" Then tell her, "Oh cause you know I kindaa like you & we should chill sometime." Hope this helps :}
