Street skating setup help?

Need help on making a desicition regarding skateboarding and with a rolled ankle and some skate questions!!?

• On sept 24 2010 I was at a skatepark having the time of my life, It was acually a good skate day all until towards the end of the session when I tried nolling off a ledge and fell all pressure on my right ankle and the pain shot through my ankle. I could barley walk and had to sit down immidently then I read about torn ligaments and realised i had some in my ankle I did the whole rice treatment with the rest elevation ice and I made a home made cast. But everytime I tried skating it hurt, I was really sad because I was pretty good and almost lost all of my trick I try to skate almost 3 and a half months later and can still feel pain or weird feeling in my ankle Idk what i should because I tried skating yesterday I lost almost all of my trick And also I bought new skater shoes and a different size I need help deciding if i should get a fatter board like I skated size 8 emericas on a 7.75 atm because some tricks are harder to land and theres less landing space so would you guys reccomend a certain size deck for size 9 skate shoes which are fallen slash's just putting it out there if it would make a difference and also which shoes in the future would you guys reccomend for street/vert skating overall. And how would you guys reccomend me learning new tricks fast as possiable besides practicing because I need help with full cab flips I am goofy by the way. Like i go 360 and somes times narrowly miss the landing any trick tips can u guys give for learning tricks u learned like landing tres all thetime or nollie lazers etc. alot of points will be given and yes any other advice which made you do stairs and flat or very better gaps etc.
