Question for people in Geneva?

Question specifically for black people.?

• I want to ask this specifically to black people. It is a serious question, not intended to be racist. Do you think that fellow black people are likely to be loud, rude, and obnoxious people? I'm not saying that "all" black people are like that, however after many many years of living in a very diverse area, it seems like at least 40% of the black people you run across in public are extremely rude, loud, obnoxious, and misbehaving, especially in groups. Overall extremely unpleasant to be anywhere near them. Another 10-20% aren't specifically loud and obnoxious but just seem completely oblivious to common courtesy. The last 40% seem like good people. Now I'm not saying other ethnicities don't have some bad apples either, but take whites, mexicans, asians, etc. Only probably 5%-10% tops, would be considered rude, loud, or unpleasant to be around. I have no idea why the ratio is so different for black people. So I'm just wondering what other black people think? Do you get as irritated as I do by other black people that can't behave? Perhaps you disagree completely, and the view is completely different in your eyes? Or perhaps are you guys just raised that way, and so used to that type of behavior that it feels normal and doesn't bother you the same way it does other people? This is a serious question, I'd really like an honest answer. I can tell you that I sure get irritated by white people who are rude and obnoxious and misbehaving. But like I said earlier you don't run into it nearly as much, since only 5-10% of white people are likely to be that way, compared to at least 40% or more of black people. Why is it like that?

  I understand where you are coming from. I am black and used to live in one of the most dangerous cities in the US (mixed with black, asians and italians). I hated living there because of all the violence and noise. Unfortunately if you watch the news and hear of reports of shootings, most of them are done by black people and that's very sad. A reasonable and educated black person has no shame in admitting that. At the same time, most black people act that way because they are not well educated. A lot of the school in predominately black neighborhoods are poorly organized. I remember being in high school in 2001 using books from the 70's! When faced with that, black men have no hope and turn to the streets and drugs for survival. It's a horrible vicious cycle but that's reality.
