Why did my eyes change this color?

Why would any of this imply YOU are insane? It sounds like every situation you're describing is the hearsay of someone else. Did you see your eyes change? Did you see someone else's eyes change? No. You have people telling you this. I think it's the same two people, although your narrative is a little hard to follow (paragraphs are a godsend) Honestly, if I'm understanding your story correctly, your two Wiccan friends are either deluded, on a power trip, or both. They've either convinced themselves that they can magically recognize people through physical manifestations (like changes in eye color that apparently only they see), they are trying to convince you that they are special, or they are trying to convince you that YOU are special, with the caveat that only they know this (which puts them in a certain position of control over you...they'll only keep saying you're special if you keep agreeing with them.) Trust your own experiences, as well as your reason and common sense.

Nope, that never happened. Oddly, news archives show no mention of any woman named Zelaya. Red eyes are present only in those with albinism, and that is because the iris lacks pigmentation and the blood vessels can show through. In people with normal pigmentation, we do not find red eyes. Human eyes cannot change color that drastically. Under certain lighting conditions, eye pigmentation can appear to have changed slightly, but never as drastically as you'd like us to believe. Attention-seeking is a nasty habit. You ought to consider breaking yourself of it.

sudden or extreme changes in appearance for seemingly no reason is a glamour, however unintentional it may be. Sometimes it's a reflection of emotion, or of your desired intentions, so perhaps something you were thinking reflected in your eye colour? Your friends sound like they are involved in playing at being Wiccan, not actually being Wiccan, and they are trying to impress you. Be careful about supporting their outrageous claims, they'll probably get wilder and weirder over time, and then you'll find yourself in a difficult situation.

they cast a glamour spell on you its not bad it changes your apearence and all but you should be carefull because they could try something worse find out who did it and tell them they dont have permission to caast spells on you unless you ask and if they do ask the god and goddess to show them the wrong they have done and to please take care of it they will recive a puishment for what they have done i wish i helped

My eyes are Hazel. Sometimes they are orange and green, sometimes they are brown and green, but in the sun they are blue. And, it is not odd that somebody guesses something right sometimes. Just because your friends call themselves wiccans doesn't mean anything. Sure, they have power, but they can't use it until they know how. And you make enemies by staring and gossiping.

so you eyes caught the light in a certain way so what? also wicca a massively flawed religion even by religious standards. it was invented in the 1920-30's on some now debunked ideas about the history of witch craft by Dr Murray. feel free to google it.
