How long does the coming down effect of ketamine last?

• I'm not a drug user, but i'm working on some projects on drugs. How long does the coming off effect last if someone (trying the drug for forst time) take a dose by inhaling it (i guess it's called snorting or something?) that is enough to cause him or her to sleep and to dream? Or to loss consious? If you took it and you wke up like say 2 hours later, would there be any after effect if the dose is enough to make you sleep? If someone is drugged in his sleep by someone else by inhaling ketamin, would he know if he is drugged if he have not use ketamin before? Thanks!! :D

With small doses, it gives the anaesthetic effect, being a depressant, it slows nerve functions and such, meaning you don't feel pain, or to a lesser effect. When used recreationally, there is a risk of an Over Dose. however, most people have a mild overdose that is named by users a 'K-hole' this is when the subject is near an overdose, but it is not serious. this is like a waking coma. you're conscious, however you cannot move. or, you move in a very 'loose way'. when you wake, it depends on you. if you have the right metabolising enzymes, you may feel nothing. or, if your body finds it harder to breakdown the agents in Ketamine, you can feel like death. some what like alcohol. (alcohol is a sedative, like ketamine). so, the 'come down' effect of ketamine can last anything from half an hour after waking, to days. it all depends on you, and the amount taken. however, it is usually a headache or something like that. Or, you can wake up completely replenished after your long rest.
