A little debt. I would tell them to enjoy their lives don't fret about things that don't effect your life in any way. They mistakenly believe that all these things will be provided by the private sector. Personally, I'd rather not pass on either. If we made a few cuts and raised a little revenue (aka balanced approach) we'd be just fine.
